sorry new
One of the first signs of the beginning age of aquaria was when people like excused (the German word „entschuldigt“ is like de-guilted) for having something new. „Sorry new“ was embarrassing but sometimes necessary. Especially to buy sorry new or big things. People usually said „buying is boring“ and „small is beautiful“. That’s why they started to explain their unusual high use of ressouces. To understand this nice gesture, we have to make very clear that this had nothing to do with the old usage of self-defence, arguing and for sure not with blaming the victim or other defamation and war like from old ages before.
Moral wasn’t something bad. People liked to act moral as they liked to act friendly. So „sorry it’s new“ or even shorter „sorry new“ was a friendly way to be moral without any sarcasm or other bad feelings. In fact it’s origins could be found in playing with the irony of wasting recourses for demonstrating against it. So it talked in a supportive way about helping to change.
Another important difference – if you are sticking in some obsolete terms of older times – was the use for this only in consumerism. Like the new age of aquaria and much more especially in it’s beginning of course was nothing to be sorry about. Some old used young which made some young feel cringe. So new ideas and new found or self-made things never had to be sorry about.
sorry
But some other sorry has to stay in mind, if we want to understand the beginning of the age of aquaria. #sorrybig and #sorrymore were also some issues which showed the change of view and antinumberism.
To explain why the use of the word aquarian changed to aquaria was simply because of shortening things. ✂️ The use of plural (or like the German word „Mehrzahl“ – more numbers – is showing its obsolescence in many situations) was helping in the age of kratia, when sorry being stronger – at least in numbers – was the way to decide. But in times of consens it grew odd. So the sorry before many words origins in the climate change problem of the homo sapiens before the homo empathicus.
And knowing this plural issue explains the importance of this „it’s“ for some anti-pluralists. Meanwhile making things short „sorry new“ or #sorrynew grew global. And because of the looking at others in the beginning days did mean less care than stealing ideas, all the rest did it because of the others. So #sorrynew was one of the last cases of numberism in history.
